As for your question, how are you calling spamassassin? If it's something like
deny
spam = nobody
condition = ${if >{$spam_score_int}{120}{1}{0}}
Then replace 120 with some lookup, say ${lookup mysql{select
spam_level from users where id='$localpart'}}
