Amir, the fix is in the patch which is attached to this bug. It needs an
#ifdef guard for various versions of GnuTLS, but you can apply it without that.
Get the "gnutls_compat_mode" attachment, apply the patch, edit your Exim
runtime configuration to turn on the new option "gnutls_compat_mode" in the
main section of the config.
You'll now be able to work around this option, at the cost of slightly
decreased security.
