You have the general option "tls_advertise_hosts" in the authenticator
section. Please don't just strap things on the end of the file, they
won't work.
The default config file is well described on the primary Exim site
http://www.exim.org/ - the Debian configuration is supported, where it
differs, via a Debian-hosted mailing list.
I suggest you review the configuration placement of that option and
stick it in the correct section.
