As an example, wiht Yahoo submit an application to their Bulk Sender
program for your IP's and be explicit about what content comes from
that IP. All major providers have similar setups. Check out the
Feedback Loop with AOL, Comcast, and Hotmail. Not sure what Gmail
has, haven't run into any issues with them yet.
