[exim-dev] exim cvs head should not claim to be 4.69

Hello,

currently CVS HEAD says:

argenau:~# exim4 -bV
Exim version 4.69 #1 built 23-Aug-2009 08:53:40

I think it would be nice if this was something like 4.69+cvs instead.
