Hi,
some time ago i wrote a question to the exim mailing list about
the ratelimit patch from Tony Finch. I needed a way to ratelimit
the user per sender and depending on the recipients they have in
all mails per day. See my post:

Is there an actual patch with this feature for the 4.69 source
which i can use?
