[exim] Filtering complete header

Hi all,

I hope this isn't a FAQ,

but how can i examine the entire header when filtering with Exim filter?
I know i can specify $h_to and $h_cc and $h_reply-to etc and combine
any of these, but how can i test if any header line contains a certain
string ? Something like $h_all ?
