nice work - I've been meaning to move my implementation over to
memcache too. It's a perfect solution, because it doesn't really
matter that state is lost. I suggest keeping a list of IP addresses
known to pass greylisting though, else you're just going to delay mail
from a known-retrying server otherwise.
