In the 'spec.txt' specification document, there are examples which are not
shown correctly. For example, section 14.23, the 'helo_try_verify_hosts' entry
shows:

The ACL condition "verify" "=" "helo" is provided to make this possible.

Obviously this should be:

The ACL condition "verify = helo" is provided to make this possible.

Both the HTML and PDF versions of the specification show this correctly
(although slightly differently).

By 'grepping' the spec.txt file for "=" (including the double-quotes) will show
that there a couple of other examples in the file which are displayed wrong.
