Any idea what happened to the addition of the docs to
experimental-spec.txt ? The ChangeLog claims that more information is
therein, but I can't find any -- and since the ChangeLog and
experimental-spec.txt are in the same CVS repository I'm fairly sure
this isn't a mess-up on my end.
