Zen, for your edification, have one of the best reputations of *any*
reasonably-sized ISP in the UK for dealing with spam, zombies and so on.
They are well known in the industry for responding, quickly, to reports
of legitimate abuse; I have seen them twice shut down a shared ADSL
connection within minutes of a report of an infected spewer (because I
was then asked by the connection's owner to help them find the source).
Their staff are friendly, knowledgeable and above all helpful regardless
of the ability of the customer they're dealing with.
Could we please get the thread back on topic to help Troy, or let it
drop?
