You still need to create a Router to handle the emails. Routing is
routing, all you've done is define that domain literals are valid, not
what to do with non-local ones.

The necessary Router is present in the default config file, but
commented out, and is covered in The Exim Specification (spec.txt or
online at http://www.exim.org/ ) too.
