You could do this by adding an unseen redirect router. Something like
the below (completely untested)

router_name:
    driver    = redirect
    condition = \
${if and{{\
    eq{$h_Subject:}{The subject line}\
}{\
    !eq{$local_part@$domain}{the.additional.address@???}\
}}}
    data      = the.additional.address@???
    no_verify
    unseen
