Perhaps a condition like this?

condition = ${if eq{${if match{$h_Received:}{\Nfrom
\[([\d\.]+)\]\N}{$1}{}}}{$sender_host_address}}

Do plenty of testing first though... Especially tests involving local
mail. You might want to exclude certain IPs.
