[exim] Blocked because of a name

Hi



While we are all talking about blocked emails etc. I thought I would post
this curiosity I discovered a little while ago

Perhaps someone can shed some light .



A relative of mine is called Vera and I gave her an account on my email
server

Her emails were getting blocked by some recipients



I sent an email from my account on the same domain no problem

I set her up as vera@ another domain on the server and still blocked



I now have her set up as vera.surname@domain and that works fine

So I could only deduce that the local part "vera" was causing a problem



Does anyone have any idea why ? (just out of curiosity)
