[exim] help needed with routing setup

Hi,
I have a number of mail servers running exim 4.69 on various linux and
unix platforms. I wanted to configure them in such a way that after
mail spends a certain amount of time in the queue or certain number of
retries it is forwarded to a different server. I set aside a single
server to handle mails sent to it from the all the other servers. Any
idea on how to implement such a setup?
