Hi
I doubt that removing your email address from these sites will stop the
spam getting to you mail box, once your email address is out there, it
will do the rounds.
Would recommend rather spend more time implementing spamming procedures
and rules to stop this sort of thing, than trying to remove your email
address off the net <--- would be a lot faster :)
