Sure.

You need some, all, or something 'similar to' these, specifically the
'mode' and 'directory_mode' ones:

driver = appendfile
maildir_format = true
mode = 0640
directory = <whatever - can be hard-coded, lookup, combination>
create_directory = true
directory_mode = 0640
no_mode_fail_narrower

Check the docs to see if they fit your needs, expecially the last one.
