[exim] How to set min delivery intervals for one target doma…

For some email providers, if you deliver more than a certain mails in
a given period, your IP will banned.

To avoid this, I need to set the min delivery intervals for them.

I've checked out the manual of exim4, I cannot find the answer.

Does any one can help me out?
