[exim] setting $recipient in system filter

Hi,

It is mentioned in the doc [1] that system filter "may add recipients
to the message" and "replace the recipients" but I haven't found any
indication of how this can be done.

Does any one have an example of how I can set the recipients list in a
system filter?
