[exim] Spamassassin

Started new thread :-)

Spamassassin is not using greylisting database, I noticed that
spamassassin is using all the cpu as when I stop it, the server returns
to normal.

When I run top though the processes using all the cpu are perl.

Spamassassin is on the latest version and perl is only a few weeks out
of date
