[exim] Gateway uses 2 instances of Exim - How do I direct co…

I have a spam gateway using MailScanner that's running 2 instances of Exim.

I want to use some commands like "exim -bpr | grep frozen | wc -l " to
determine the number of frozen emails in the outbound queue but when I
run the command I get results only from the inbound instance of Exim.

Any idea how I can talk to the "other" instance?
