[exim] Additional tests for .ifdef, .ifndef, etc.

Would it be a possible/easy/useful thing to add the names of routers &
transports to these conditionals?

I.E:

.ifndef some_router
some_router:
    driver = dnslookup
    etc.
.endif

I've got a use for it. Does anyone else?
