hi phil, really sorry to have missed you the other week. i certainly
owe you a cuppa.

i think it would be better to have another run at the elsip than do a
perl call-out. but two points for regexp fu :). you have also subtly
pointed out how silly it is of me to hack at the mta for this instead of
fixing where it is broken.
