The bug tracker is not a support list.
This is not an exim issue. It appears you have a service monitor of some sort
running that is checking for SMTP running, but is connecting to a an SMTP
instance and attempting to authenticate with incorrect data.
The URL you quote even tells you how to fix the problem (which looks like a
cpanel configuration issue).
