Also. You'll notice there's no mention of spam on the front page of
www.dkim.org. And, if you read:

http://www.dkim.org/specs/draft-ietf-dkim-overview-09.html

You'll note in the introduction it says:

"Neither this document nor DKIM attempts to provide solutions to the
world's problems with spam, phishing, virii, worms, joe jobs, etc. DKIM
provides one basic tool, in what needs to be a large arsenal, for
improving basic trust in the Internet mail service."
