First, I completely agree with Richard, you need to be rejecting unknown
recipients and/or discard'ing (eating) unwanted messages. I believe this
kind of unwanted bouncing is generally called back scatter. You might
want to google that for some more ideas.
Secondly, one additional thing that might help get you off some of the
BL's is to send bounce messages ( i.e. sender=: ) using a different IP
address then your primary MTA's address. This way your bounce IP might
get BL'ed, but your "normal" IP should still be good. But, only do this
after you have fixed the first point above.

You need to be rejecting when the recipient is unknown, not bouncing.
Exactly how you configure Exim to do this will depend on your mail server
architecture.

Subject: [exim] spam problems
Hi
Recently one of my servers started to send a lot of spam. I've installed
assp deluxe application on it, but it didn't help me with outgoing spam
messages. I think there is a problem with spam bouncing.
when spammer sends messages to inexistent user on my machine server just
bounce the message with whole header and body. I think that's the reason
my server is on some BLs.
can anybody tell me how to configure exim to stop bounce messages?
