[exim] Defering IP's in File

I have a file which I dynamically create with a perl script. It
dynamically adds and removes IP addresses like so.

192.15.344.21
192.32.423.2
etc

In exim.conf I want to defer any connections coming from any of those
IP's. How do I do that?
