[exim] Mising "Message-ID:" & "Date:" headers

I log the absence of the "Date:" header - Most of the messages are indeed
SPAM, however notable other senders (sinners) include: INGdirect.co.uk,
apple.com and bounce messages from yahoo (possibly).

So you'll probably catch some SPAM and also mails from people with badly
written mass mailing software.
