That's extremely unlikely given that the bulk of the development was done
at cam.ac.uk, where .ac.uk is not specific to the institution. Indeed, for
most .uk domains, you need three levels of domain to find the institution -
eg "apple.co.uk" (an illustrators agents unrelated to the music
publishers), "sussex.ac.uk" (the university of Sussex), lewes.gov.uk (my
district council), "oxfam.org.uk" (a charity).

There are very few exceptions, such as "bl.uk" (the British Library), and
"parliament.uk".
