Your logs suggest your server cannot resolve the host for delivery in
the familyroute_out router. In your particular case, have a look at the
familyroute_out router. Then look to which server it tries to deliver
mails. Can the exim box resolve the host name you specified there?
If you don't understand how to check, please post your config file, so
we can have a look at it to help you doing the good checks.
