Hello;
I am having the exact same problem. One point I wanted to add to the bug
report is that PCRE as distributed with both recent versions of Apache's HTTPD
was able to compile using the same IBM C compiler. The versions of PCRE
included in HTTPD 2.0.63 and 2.2.11 are 3.0 and 5.0 respectively while the
version of PCRE included in PHP 5.2.8 is 7.8. I don't suspect that provides too
much help considering version 5.0 was produced on 13-Sep-04, but thought I
would note it anyhow.
