I use this one for yahoo:

Router:
   outbound_throttled:
     driver = dnslookup
     domains = \N^yahoo\.\N
     transport = throttled_smtp

Transport:
throttled_smtp:
driver = smtp
connection_max_messages = 5

I assume that's what you mean.
