You need to define custom ACL. Do smth like this:
domainlist nosv_domains_whitelist =
lsearch:/etc/exim4/nosv_domains_whitelist
...
begin acl
acl_svwl:
accept sender_domains = +nosv_domains_whitelist
require verify = sender/callout=120s,defer_ok
accept
...
In acl_check_rcpt:
require verify = sender
acl = acl_svwl
