[exim] How to easily filter for the current envelope recipie…

Hi,

I'd like to have a possibility to express (in an exim user filter)

if $local_part_prefix is "foo-" and
$original_local_part is "mh" and
$local_part_suffix is "+bar" and
$domain is "example.com" then
....
endif

more easily, for example as

if $local_part_prefix$original_local_part$local_part_suffix@$domain is
"foo-mh+bar@???" then
...
endif

Is there a way to do this?
