If it's not there the following router will give you a starting point:

userforward:
driver = redirect
allow_filter
check_ancestor
check_local_user
directory_transport = address_directory
file_transport = address_directory
file = $home/.forward
modemask = 022
pipe_transport = address_pipe
reply_transport = address_reply
no_verify

with this transport:

address_directory:
driver = appendfile
check_string =
maildir_format
envelope_to_add
delivery_date_add
return_path_add
message_prefix = ""
message_suffix = ""
