The spelling mismatch is my fault. As an American, I don't think I even
noticed the spelling mismatch when I made the LICENCE -> license.txt
symlink (the file aliasing exists so that older Microsoft browsers
aren't confused by the lack of file extension). I've corrected the
filename to be consistent with the British spelling.
