[pcre-dev] License file issue

Just wanted to let you know that while reviewing your license file at:

http://www.pcre.org/license.txt

I found that you misspelled license at the very top of the file.
Normally I wouldn't bother to say anything but when things are there for
legal reasons being error-free is more important than usual. Anyway,
just thought I'd see if I could help.
