I got this today from my cron:

2008-08-12 15:20:53 1KSsdy-000A28-BH Failed to reopen
/var/spool/exim/input/y/1KSsdy-000A28-BH-D for remote parallel
delivery: No such file or directory

Now, that smells like a race condition, yes?
