[exim] Header replacement via system_filter

Hi there,

I'm trying to replace certain parts of the Subject header in my
system_filter. I've got part of it working, and I can append and prepend
stuff to it (using header remove and header add), but I can't seem to
replace say, a word with another word (a regex, for example).

Is this possible at all?
