[pcre-dev] pcre to posix regural expressions and vice versa

Hello!

Do you know if there is any tool that syntactically converts a PCRE
expression to a POSIX equivalent and vice versa?
I know that the two formats are not fully compatible, but I just ask if
you know something more about this.
