[exim] Ignore E-mail scanning

Hello,

I'm hosting provider with directadmin control panel. I'm finding for the
solution to pass all e-mails both incoming and outgoing through proper
address without scanning by ClamAV and SpamAssassin for only one domain,
He wouldn't lost any e-mails I already disabled spamassassin but some
still lost. DO Exim have any solution to pass all e-mails for only one
domain without effect to others?
