Unacceptable. SMTP already allows for significant unreliability in the
mix with the well intentioned, and mainly respected, assumption that a
fatal error will be reported back to the sender.

Delivering to many popular email providers is already a problem, let's
not make it the norm that stuff vanishes. Yes, Hotmail, I mean you.
