[exim] MySQL Router that doesn't defer

Hello Listmembers,

I would like to know if it is possible to write a router which accesses
a MySQL database but does not defer if the database is unreachable but
instead simply passes the mail on to the next router. This would allow
for easy implementation of a fallback.
