The URL <http://www.exim.org/howto/mailman21.html#verpin> contains a link named
"analysis of the costs of VERP" to
<http://www.python.org/cgi-bin/faqw-mm.py?req=show%26file=faq04.012.htp>. This
will give a message similar to a 404. The correct URL is probably
<http://www.python.org/cgi-bin/faqw-mm.py?req=show&file=faq04.012.htp>. The
problem is the "%26" encoding of the ampersand.
