Ah, now I see for what a callout while verifying recipient is good
for...
This works now perfect in acl_check_rcpt:

   deny    domains        = +local_domains
           message        = Sorry, no mailbox here by that name: $ 
{local_part}@${domain}
           !verify        = recipient/callout=use_sender
