Thanks for the very full report. I am going to be away a lot in the next few
weeks, so I won't be able to do anything for a while. I'll take a look in due
course, but I have no access to MacOS, nor any experience using Macs, so if it
turns out to be Mac-specific, I may need help figuring out what is actually
happening.
