[exim] Which load average?

Hello,

Several of the exim config options refer to the system 'load average',
as does the '$load_average' variable. However, does this load average
correspond to what the 'uptime' command shows? And if so, which load
average is it - the 1, 5 or 15 minute average?

Anyone know? The manual doesn't seem to say (of exim 4.69).
