We use RT at $dayjob for ticketing, case management and workflow. I'd be
happy to manage a smallish RT installation on tahini if nobody objects.
Unfortunately there are about a billion Perl module pre-requisites so
careful management of the installation is crucial - I wouldn't want to
break anything else :)
