Sorry Brandon - not quite what I'm looking for. Maybe I didn't explain
it clear enough. I want to send using the smtp driver but I want the
interface address to rotate using about 10 different local IP addresses
so that the message from mt servers comes from a pool of 10 IP addresses
rather than just one.

The idea is to get around rate limiting on the receiving side.
